liquid memory

liquid memory is the first ever consumable sculpture by Dionysios. A carefully selected wine bottle is hand covered in materials such as crystal, stone particles and volcanic ash, and carries a personal memory. In Ancient Greece, Dionysus, god of wine and ecstasy, gave humans the ability to achieve divinity through intoxication. They relived their happiest memories and left their everyday life behind, even for one moment. This piece, is meant to do just that.
